Standard parts solve general problems; customisation solves product problems. The greatest value of piezoelectric film is freedom of shape — it can be cut, laminated and arrayed without sacrificing sensitivity, to fit an existing structural gap.
What can be customised
- Geometry: Thickness customised by product structure, from a few square millimetres to continuous metre-scale lengths; circular, rectangular, annular or specially shaped cut-outs.
- Electrode layout: single or double sided, segmented electrodes, multiple independent channels, array patterns such as 4×4 or 8×8 pressure arrays.
- Lead-out: PIN, FPC flex cable, crimped terminals or conductive adhesive bonding — matched to your assembly process.
- Sensitivity zoning: different poling levels across one film so each region matches its own measuring range.
How we deliver
- Requirement review: installation space, force direction, range, lead-out position and assembly method.
- Design proposal: structural sketch and selection advice, then sampling after approval.
- Sampling & validation: sampling lead time confirmed after requirement review, with joint debugging support.
- Pilot run to volume: process parameters locked in, moving to stable supply.
